Retro saturdays and choker necklaces

When I hear the term choker this is what comes to mind and not the act of choking. Made popular in the mid 90's by NIN and the goth culture, chokers were everywhere even among edgy non goth teenagers and kids and it is coming back recently again

There isn't much to say about a necklace with loops but it stayed around until the early 00's and poof it was gone just like that
