The one I had at old navy, first off I dressed for the company with blue pants, a white shirt, a short sleeve button up shirt and a maroon red cardigan. If I would have worn my usual interview clothes of dress pants and shoes and shirt then I would have stuck out big time. There was 10 us and 2 employees first gave us a tour of the various sections then took us to the break room. We introduced ourselves and the employees talked about how things are done and themselves and the employees on a ladder. We then had to pick a name out of a hat which belonged to a celebrity then had to pick out an outfit based on who we got.
I got jessica alba so I got her some nice black jeans and a R2D2 grey shirt and a red flannel shirt as her going to the store outfit. There was a lot of joking around and everyone was comfortable with each other. It was like a classroom in h.s. and after that we each got called one by one to a separate office where the 1 on 1 interviews were held. The questions were easy such as why do you want to work here and about availability. I was told I would get a call on tuesday and that was thatt. It took over an hour from when I walked in to when I walked out.
Overall it was a 10/10 would interview again
