The not so retro friday

Unlike most fridays where I usually look on the past, today was a different mood. I was optimistic about my future, I went to  my interview at mcdonalds at 4pm and it did not turn out like I expected at all. I was hoping I would get a "ok that sounds good, here's a coupon for shoes and come in on monday" but instead I got a "were hiring overnight shifts and I'll show your application to the manager and you might get a call within 2 weeks"  I have a strong belief that I won't get a call back from that mcdonalds. So ends this day of hope and is now filled with disappointment. As for what I'll do, I'll probably turn in an application at trader joes on monday and go to norm's burgers and see if they are still hiring and fill out an application and then to a different 99 cents store on tuesday
