Retro fridays and donkey kong country 1

one of my fondest memories of DKC is the way I aquired it. I had a small b.b. gun when I was little and a friend with DKC. You can already see where this is going and yes it's going there. Getting DKC was one of the happiest moments of my life. I would spend hours trying to master each level and fightning the bosses over & over. Just listening to the music takes me to my childhood which makes me wish it was the 90's. Personally I think DKC1 is the best one in the trilogy. It's tough but not impossible So you  keep playing. DKC is a timeless classic that showed the super nintendo had a few surprises left
